Infinity Pharmacy provides reliable shipping options to ensure your medications and pharmacy products arrive safely and on time.
This Shipping Policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, and important information regarding prescription orders.

1. Processing Times

Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are typically processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Prescription orders may require additional verification time depending on provider response.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following fulfillment options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Local Pickup: Available during pharmacy business hours (ID may be required)

 

Shipping availability may vary based on product type and regulatory restrictions.

3. Prescription Orders

For safety and compliance reasons:

  • Certain medications require a valid prescription

  • We may contact your healthcare provider for verification

  • Orders may be delayed if additional documentation is needed

 

Prescription medications cannot be shipped without proper verification.

4. Shipping Delays

We strive to deliver all orders promptly, but delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal volume

  • Prescription verification requirements

 

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately

  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate

  • If confirmed lost or damaged, we may reship or refund the order depending on the medication type

 

Proof of damage (photos) may be required.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state regulations, we may be unable to ship certain medications to specific states or locations.
If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
