RETURN & REFUND

Infinity Pharmacy follows strict safety and regulatory standards. To protect all customers and comply with federal guidelines, all medications—prescription and over-the-counter—are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped or dispensed.
1. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Opened or unopened medications

Temperature-sensitive or refrigerated products

Prescription medications dispensed based on provided documentation

Over-the-counter medications once shipped
2. Exceptions
We may provide a replacement or refund in the following situations:

Incorrect medication received

Damaged or compromised packaging upon arrival

Clear dispensing or labeling error
Verification such as photos may be required before processing.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit:

We will contact the carrier to investigate

If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we may reship or refund depending on the medication type
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, medication orders cannot be canceled.
